Directions: The school is located at the Greenpointe Center in Suite 41 which is at 4300 Rogers Ave in Fort Smith. From Interstate 540, pass the Central Mall on your right and the Greenpoint Center will be half a mile on your left.

Directions: The school is located at the Eastgate Plaza in suite #2, which is at 2212 Malvern Avenue. From Downtown Hot Springs follow Malvern Ave past the Hospitals and the golf course. The Eastgate Plaza is on the right, just before you get to Golf Links Road.
